Branch Operative Apprentice
Location: Poole & Southampton
This is a trainee position that offers genuine career progression within SCBS Ltd. It is envisaged there will be extensive on-t he-job training provided, coupled with any external training as required.
The duties for this role will entail an interesting, broad spectrum of duties, including:
• Counter sales duties- Serving customers proficiently and accurately
• Stock replenishment – Yard and shop
• Learning the inhouse computer system
• Data input
• Supporting in ensuring that the sales show room / shop, warehouse, and yard are maintained to the highest standards at all times
• Supporting with yard duties
• General housekeeping within the showroom, warehouse, and yard

You will report directly to the Branch Manager and carry out duties as requested by any other Manager or Supervisor.
Your hours of work are:
• 45 hours average per week – 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Saturdays, generally worked on alternate weekends
Apprenticeship Standard: Level 2 Trade Supply; Duration: 12months
Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage / National Living Wage
