An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Advisor to join our team at the Honiton branch. Supporting the Credit Manager and Area Directors to ensure objectives are met and customer queries are managed within company policy and in a timely manner.

 

You will be comfortable with talking to customers and discussing issues with their credit account and will be proactive in going ahead to investigate any queries that they may have. The successful candidate will also have experience of working out credit limits; assessing those we would seek to increase limits for, and those that we may be wise to reduce.

 

The role will involve communicating with customers both on the phone and in writing, to negotiate payments. You must be able to communicate confidently and be passionate about helping our customers and your colleagues. Strong customer service and negotiation skills are therefore essential.  You will be highly organised with excellent administration skills.
